I want to stay away from all that cardboard. The acid can destroy their cards. Plastic tubes or cardboard mat slightly acid would be the right way.

All paper products acid in them at least the old paper. No acid-free paper at the time. The best way is to get the right information and that the best way is a museum in your area, or a historical society. Make sure Plexiglas, Mylar and acid, but the light can also impact on the paper cards. I keep my paper money in the middle or the owners of heavy Mylar. Are. I hope these points in the right direction.

It depends on whether you want to have really shown them. If you want to show that a boutique professional lead, and they can do. This is a little expensive, but the results are fantastic. If you are just to show them that I suggested a hard plastic tube with a screw cap. It's almost like a cardboard tube, but can cope with the best. If you saw the movie, National Treasure, is that Nicolas Cage character is around the Declaration of artists that much of the art as for the transport of art are used, or have taken for their safety. You could probably find in a store a local crafts, such as Hobby Lobby or maybe Michael.
