Beetle Roof Rack How Do I Fix/prevent Roof Leak In My VW Beetle?

How do I fix/prevent roof leak in my VW Beetle? - beetle roof rack

2000 VW Beetle with a sunroof. Trunck and rear floor drain in the wet by rain. Help! Is there a simple or do maintenance?

There are 4 holes for drainage. Open the cover and find out. Use a flexible rod (I like to use a cable speedo Age press) and gently roll into the holes. Most of the time `s garbage empty into drains. You should be 3-5 'long. Most auto glass shops can help .. Note: DO NOT !!!!!! Plant a stake into the hole. You can do more damage than you are fixing.

Do you have a sunroof? If so, use a glass and the roof and poured water on every corner and see where the water runs behind the front and rear wheels or behind the back or front of the rear wheels. Drains clogged with leaves and acorns KEEY motion to keep the water within. No escape windshield seals, sunroof and window seals to win.

Yes, at first knowing exactly where. I had a leak in my car is not VW Beetle, but the blame when leaks were from the wheel / tire.
